Your booking has not been finalized at this point. Our office will send you an email communication providing the total cost for the field trip excursion. After you receive the pricing information and indicate your acceptance, an official invoice will be issued to you. You must sign and return that invoice document in order to solidify the reservation and complete the transaction process. The company does not consider reservations to be confirmed until the signed documentation is promptly returned to us. The company reserves the right to cancel any reservation if deemed necessary. Clients will be notified via email if such a cancellation occurs.
Price: The quoted cost applies to each individual bus. It covers transportation for a single round-trip journey, picking up and dropping off, unless alternative arrangements are explicitly stated on the invoice documentation. The quoted pricing is subject to potential increases if there are rises in the overall market rates.
Payments: The payment amount must be received within 10 days following the date of the event, unless an alternative timeframe is explicitly noted on the invoice documentation. If payment is not made by the due date, a 15% late fee will be added to the invoice total. This 15% penalty will continue to be assessed every 10 days beyond the original due date until the full invoice amount is paid in its entirety.
Cancellation: Changes and cancellations must be done via e-mail ONLY. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. · If notification is provided less than 24 hours in advance, a penalty fee amounting to 75% of the full total cost will be assessed. · In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, a fee equal to 50% of the total cost will be charged, unless the client contacts us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time stated in the original request. This 50% fee policy is applicable for services scheduled on weekends and holidays as well. · For special events such as a youth fair, any cancellation must be made no later than one month prior to the scheduled date.
